Supporting Positive Behavior Conference

Does your staff truly understand the “why” behind the work of MTSS-B / PBIS? Too often we lose “buy-in” and active support from staffs who are not fully clear on the reason behind the data, systems, and practices of the PBIS framework. This session will explore the need for safe, consistent, predictable environments in our schools, clarify some common misconceptions of what this work is really about, and leave participants with language and messages they can bring back to their staff to help get everyone moving in the same direction!
