Supporting Positive Behavior Conference

“Put your oxygen mask on first, before helping those around you.” Although we hear this message time and again, shifting focus from students to staff can be challenging. However, to best meet the needs of youth and support academic and SEBMH outcomes, we have to focus on adult needs (and adult behavior), as well. The critical features within the MTSS-B/PBIS framework can help guide our efforts in effectively supporting not only our youth, but our staff, as well.
